Our salon is a place where artistry, luxury, and personalized care come together.\n\nTo ensure every guest receives the time, attention, and quality of service they deserve, we have established the following policies. We kindly ask that all guests review and acknowledge these guidelines before their appointment.\n\n## Appointments & Cancellations\n\nYour appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Our stylists thoughtfully prepare for each service, and last-minute cancellations or missed appointments directly affect their schedules.\n\nWe kindly request a minimum of **48 hours’ notice** when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.\n\n- **Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours:** A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total will apply.\n- **No-shows:** A fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service total will apply.\n- Applicable cancellation and no-show fees may be charged to the authorized payment method on file.\n\nWe appreciate your understanding and respect for the time our team has reserved for you.\n\n## Credit Card on File & Payment Authorization\n\nA valid credit or debit card may be required to secure your appointment.\n\nBy booking an appointment and affirmatively accepting our salon policies, you acknowledge our cancellation and no-show terms and authorize The Mane Atelier to charge your designated payment method for applicable fees.\n\nAll fees are assessed in accordance with our published policies and applicable law.\n\n## Late Arrivals\n\nWe understand that unexpected delays happen. If you anticipate arriving late, please contact the salon as soon as possible.\n\nDepending on your arrival time and the services scheduled, your appointment may need to be modified or rescheduled to avoid affecting other guests.\n\nAppointments that cannot be accommodated because of a late arrival may be subject to the applicable cancellation fee.\n\n## Service Satisfaction & Redo Policy\n\nAt The Mane Atelier, we take great pride in the quality of our work and the experience we provide to every guest. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to addressing concerns with care, professionalism, and understanding.\n\nIf you are not completely satisfied with your service, we kindly ask that you contact the salon **within seven days of your original appointment**.\n\n**Our Redo Policy:**\n\n- All service concerns must be reported within seven days of the original appointment.\n- Guests are expected to return to their original stylist for any approved redo or adjustment, unless salon leadership determines otherwise.\n- Redo appointments must be reviewed and approved by salon leadership before being scheduled.\n- Complimentary adjustments are limited to concerns related to the original service performed.\n- Changes in personal preference, requests for a different look, or additional services beyond the original consultation are not considered complimentary redos and may require an additional charge.\n- Concerns reported outside the seven-day window will be reviewed individually and may be subject to additional service charges.\n\nWe ask that guests allow our team the opportunity to assess and address their concerns before seeking corrective services elsewhere.\n\nOur goal is always to ensure that every guest feels heard, valued, and confident in the services we provide.\n\n## Refunds & Service Concerns\n\nOur stylists dedicate their time, expertise, and professional products to every appointment.\n\nBecause salon services involve professional time, labor, and products, refunds are not automatically issued for dissatisfaction with a completed service.\n\nWe encourage guests to contact salon leadership promptly with any concerns so we can evaluate the service and determine an appropriate resolution.\n\nComplimentary adjustments may be offered when appropriate.
